Well here we are again people in the second week of the Libra Project Challenge, and this time round someone doesn’t cut the mustard, and goes home.
Unfortunately Kate walked the road of shame, and heartbreak home. I think she did well for getting on the show in the first place, that alone would of taken something, and was a massive achievement.
Good on you Kate, and best of luck for the future, maybe in future blogg’s I could even interview you, and discover which road next in fashion there is to take!
Now back to the fashion, this weeks brief was to design a dress for Jessie, the beautiful model host of the show, in the new Libra colour’s, all for $100, and look like a million dollars.
Everyone seem to like this challenge except for Kiana. She started one garment, and threw it out on the first day. Kiana seemed to lack motivation, and didn’t wanna be there. Unfortunately Kiana struggled this week, and didn’t really fulfill on the brief idea. Her garment was dark and not at all in the bright Libra colours, or anything Jessie would wear.
Kerry put alot of thought into his idea, and choose bright colour on white sheer fabric. He incorporated pleats into the waist, and cross layered the front of the dress, with a beautiful featured twist in the back. The dress had a skirt underlining a long sheer top layer.
My second favorite, and even worth my vote was Qiulea’s dress. Qiulea deffinatley put alot of thought into her design, it was original, and I would for sure buy it for $100. I even joined her facebook with her 746 members. Wow, now that’s a great idea to win votes, even tho she doesn’t need it, she’s a brilliant designer, and I think she’s going to do very well in this competition.
Qiulae’s dress was bright royal blue, with white underlay, that wrapped in the front, and showed the white through as a trim. It was beautifully thought out, and I love how the hem was longer at the back, and shorter in the front. Also the top back of the dress fell away from the back with a stip of white across the back like a strap, with was a great idea to cover the bra strap, which I hate about outfits, that sometimes you can see the bra strap. or even the underwear line, annoying!!
This is the best dress I seen on the show so far.
O.k lovers of fashion, and things that look good, hang tight till next week, when the competition continues, and someone else will go home, and walk the road of shame. xx

Thank you for the best wishes
Really enjoy your reading your thoughts about the show
Thanks k8
That’s great Kate, and congrates for getting the exposure you did in the first place. In a months time would you be interested in a interview? I’d love to hear what’s next for you, and what your planning to do out of this bit of fame.
Look forward to a interview in a month
Thanks
